2020 will be remembered for a couple of reasons - The life-changing Corona Virus, and the impact it has had on our working and personal lives - and the meteoric rise of Bitcoin as an alternative asset/currency. The value of Bitcoin soared in 2020, to a high of $29,000 and is now sitting above $37,000 as I write this.
Whether you agree or disagree that Bitcoin will become the world’s default currency of the future, we can’t ignore that more and more people now hold the currency in their investment portfolio. As a result, more businesses are accepting Bitcoin in Ireland and the U.K.
Where to spend Bitcoin
Our clients have been asking us to accept Bitcoin as part or full payment for their new Noel Dempsey kitchen, for over a year now, so we have had time to consider how to make this possible.
We are delighted to announce that from the 1st of March 2021, we will be accepting Bitcoin as part payment for our bespoke, built-in furniture. This will allow our customers to split payments between Euro, Sterling, US Dollars and now Bitcoin - to pay for their new Noel Dempsey furniture.
Please contact our design team to discuss your project and to find out how we can facilitate you spending your Bitcoin here in Ireland and the U.K.
